There is a stark contrast between Arsenal’s home and away form this season. While it’s pretty common for a team in any league to generate more points in front of their own fans than on the road, the London side have 41 of their 60 points at the Emirates Stadium.

Unai Emery’s side are unpredictable away from their stomping ground and have won just five times on the road, with the Gunners suffering five defeats and currently having an inferior goal difference when it comes to away games.

The good news is that Mesut Ozil is back in the fold and playing well, while Aaron Ramsey is also in strong form as he approaches the end of a long playing career with Arsenal.

It might be that Arsenal manage to remain in the top four of the Premier League between now and the end of the season, although they don’t look certainties to get over the line at Goodison Park, with Everton capable of landing at least a point.

The Toffees recently beat Chelsea by a 2-0 scoreline and their home form of 7-4-5 isn’t looking too shabby, with Liverpool also held to a goalless draw recently and manager Marco Silva finding some improvement from his team.

Richarlison is getting back on the goal trail, with Yerry Mina back in the team alongside Michael Keane, while Idrissa Gueye and Andre Gomes are capable of protecting the defence and keeping Arsenal at bay.

Emery will consider a draw to be a reasonable outcome considering Chelsea recently lost at Goodison Park, with Arsenal looking to their twin attacking threat of Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang for inspiration.

Everton were the better team in the first-half of the encounter between the sides when they met earlier in the season and they can become the fifth team in the Premier League to hold Arsenal to a draw on the road.
