To get started with my Crypto.com prediction markets review, I had to undergo a Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure. After completing the process, I found several markets on Crypto.com, including sports, politics, culture, crypto, economics, and climate.
Currently, Crypto.com doesn't offer a specific welcome bonus tied to prediction. However, there's an exchange sign-up bonus. Besides, the prediction market offers a dedicated mobile app for trading event contracts on the go. In this review, I'll detail my experience on Crypto.com, focusing on the site's usability, app, payments, customer support, security, and more.

Crypto.com is a prediction market divided into two sections: Sports and Events. In the “Sports” section, you'll find event contracts for different sports, such as basketball, baseball, golf, tennis, hockey, soccer, football, and motorsports. In the “Events” section, Crypto.com offers contracts on several real-world outcomes, including politics, culture, crypto, companies, economics, and climate.
Each event contract is usually presented as “Yes” or “No” with a price indicating the probability of the event occurring. The contract price is influenced by traders’ sentiment. Hence, prices fluctuate frequently. If you believe an event is likely to occur, you'll go for the “Yes” option; if you believe otherwise, then purchasing a “No” event contract is the way to go.
If your prediction is correct when an event resolves, Crypto.com will pay you $1, $10, or $100, depending on the event contract you purchased. On the other hand, if your prediction is incorrect, your contracts become worthless. To lock in profits or cut losses, you can exit a contract before the event resolves.
When it comes to Crypto.com fees, the prediction site charges you two types of fees, including exchange fees and technology fees per contract when opening and closing a position.
To get started on Crypto, you have to sign up for an account by following these steps:
Click the banners on this page to visit Crypto.com.
Tap the “Get the app” link to begin.
After downloading and installing the prediction market app, click “Sign Up.”
Select your account type: Individual or Business.
Click the drop-down arrow next to the Crypto.com referral code to enter your code if you have one.
Check the box if you'd like to receive exclusive promotions.
Click “Create Account with Email,” or you can choose to continue with Google or Apple.
Verify your email by entering the code sent to your inbox.
Enter your phone number and click “Send Verification SMS.”
Create and confirm a passcode and click “Continue.”
Verify your identity by uploading your government-issued document ID.
After signing up on Crypto.com, here are the steps to follow to start trading event contracts:
Crypto.com accepts both fiat and cryptocurrency. Depending on your preference, select the payment method that best suits you to fund your account.
When on Crypto.com, check all available markets before deciding where to start. Find the “Predict” tab to see the categories you can trade event contracts. Eventually, settle for the market you know better or find easier. For instance, most traders find entertainment easier. You can start there. However, if you're more knowledgeable in other areas, such as politics or economics, review the event's questions, possible outcomes, contract prices, and implied probabilities to inform your decision.
After assessing the markets on Crypto.com, pick an outcome. This means: if you believe an event will happen, buy Yes contracts; if not, buy No contracts. Enter the number of contracts you wish to purchase. Then select your order type, such as Market Order or Limit Order.
Don't ignore your position after making a decision. Instead, monitor it to see how prices move. You can decide to sell before an event resolves to lock in profit or minimize your loss.
During my Crypto.com review, I found different event categories as seen below:
There are currently eight Crypto.com sports, with soccer, football, and basketball among the major ones. In Sports, you’ll find markets such as winner, spread, and totals. Moreover, events are framed as “Schedule” or “Futures.” Usually, individual upcoming matches are displayed under Schedule.
For instance, in soccer, you can have a Real Madrid vs Bayern Munich matchup with outcomes presented as possible results: Buy RMA, Buy Tie, and Buy FCB. The probability of a team winning is attached to the team. In the Futures section, markets are focused on long-term competitions. Here, each team is given Yes or No contracts. For instance, I found the Champions League Winner 2026 event, with outcomes such as Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Barcelona, and others, each with Yes/No contracts.
The political market on Crypto.com is largely on US politics. However, I still found an international market. For the US, markets include the Party to Control the US Senate in 2026, the US Presidential Winner 2028, and the Republican Presidential Nominee 2028. The only international political event featured was the Brazil Presidential Election Winner 2026.
Culture covers entertainment topics. The markets in this category aren't as large as those in other categories, like Politics. Some of the topics I could trade on included Video Game of the Year, Top Song on Spotify 2026, and Top Artist on Spotify 2026.
Crypto.com lists common crypto options for event contract trading. These options include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), and Solana (SOL). Under BTC, I took an interest in the Bitcoin Price Today at 10:00 AM ET market. I could also trade the same market for other crypto options.
If you're well-grounded in economic issues, especially as they relate to the US, the Crypto.com markets here will interest you. Some of the topics traded include Fed Decision Apr 2026, ECB Interest Rates in Apr 2026, and Inflation in March 2026.
The Climate category is still in its early stages on Crypto.com. I found a single market, 2026 Rank Among Hottest Years on Record.
During my review of Crypto.com's prediction markets, I didn't find any welcome bonus tied to them. What I found was an offer titled "Welcome Bonus Mission." This promo involves trading crypto on the exchange. The offer requires you to hit the trading target of $100 or $500, depending on your region, to receive CRO rewards worth up to 1 BTC. With this bonus, trading more doesn't mean better rewards, because rewards are awarded randomly.
Trading event contracts with different outcomes on Crypto.com is easy due to the intuitive interface. You start by clicking the “Predict” tab within the menu. The prediction site lets you trade sports predictions in the “Sports” section, while you can trade on other events by clicking the “Events” tab.
Depending on the events you're interested in, you can select any tab, such as Politics, Climate, and Crypto, to trade real-world outcomes. Placing a trade is easy. As soon as you tap “Yes” or “No” contracts, you can enter your contract quantity, and the site shows you the estimated total and return. After which, you click on “Place Order” to finalize your event contract trading.
Trading both live and future events on Crypto.com is effortless. I didn't experience any lag while trading event contracts. One of the top features of the prediction market app is the filter key, which lets you filter events by any category you choose.
Crypto.com offers a dedicated mobile app on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. With the app, I was able to trade contracts on the go. Plus, the Crypto.com app is fully mobile-optimized for all screen sizes. I noticed that even in categories like sports and politics, where there are many markets, I didn't experience any delay while the app loaded the available markets.
For deposits and withdrawals, Crypto.com accepts fiat and cryptocurrency. With fiat, you can make payments using bank transfer, credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Some available crypto options include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP), Dogecoin (DOGE), Cardano (ADA), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Solana (SOL), and among others.
BTC deposits may take 10 to 30 minutes, while SOL is nearly instant. For withdrawals, processing time may take 2 to 3 hours. The site doesn't charge a fee for a crypto deposit. However, Crypto.com charges a network fee for withdrawal. With fiat, no charges apply to either deposits or withdrawals, though your bank may charge processing fees.
To deposit fiat on Crypto.com, you can use Instant Deposit. Link your bank account via Plaid, then go to the USD deposit menu and select “Instant Deposit” after which you enter your preferred amount. To withdraw using fiat, go to your fiat wallet, select your preferred currency, click “Withdraw,” and enter your bank account information. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm the transaction.
Making crypto deposits on Crypto.com is easy. Find the Wallets > Spot Wallet tab. Search for the crypto of your choice and select “Deposit.” Choose your preferred network. Then copy the deposit address. If you like, you can opt to scan the QR code. Paste the address into the sender wallet and complete the deposit transaction. Depositing crypto from the prediction market app is also possible.
Moreover, you can withdraw crypto by selecting Wallets > Spot Wallet. Choose your preferred crypto, click “Withdraw” in the Crypto.com app, and enter the amount you'd like to withdraw. You can also withdraw to an external crypto wallet by selecting “External Wallet Address” during withdrawal.

During my Crypto.com prediction markets review, I attempted to contact the site for assistance. I discovered the prediction site has a 24/7 live chat. I received responses in under 2 minutes while connected to an agent, even though the site had estimated 10 minutes. The agent was very helpful in addressing my concern. At one point, they asked me to share an image.
I went further to test the email option. This support isn't as quick as live chat, but it offers more detailed assistance. You can expect to get feedback within 24 hours.
Crypto.com also has a comprehensive FAQs page. I found an elaborate explanation for the prediction market on the site. There are articles on deposits and withdrawals, Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, and sports event trading.

Before trading event contracts on the prediction app, I confirmed Crypto.com’s regulations by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Also, the site operates in all US states, except New York. However, sports event trading is restricted in certain states, including Arizona, Michigan, Maryland, Massachusetts, Illinois, New Jersey, Nevada, and Ohio.
Moreover, the site performs a Know Your Customer procedure before accepting traders. After completing my registration, Crypto.com immediately prompted me to complete identity verification, which required a government-issued ID and a selfie. This step helps to ensure that traders meet the 18+ age requirement and reside in a supported region.
The app’s security measures also show that Crypto.com is safe for event contract trading. You’d find features, such as passkey authentication and two-factor authentication, as well as SMS OTP verification, for logins and transactions.

Regular bonuses on Crypto.com aren't tied to prediction markets. The site runs an app referral program, which lets you share your referral code or link with a friend. When they sign up, fulfill KYC checks, and attain a specific trading volume within their first 30 days on the app, you both get rewarded.
Also, there's a Crypto.com exchange referral program that offers you up to $2,000 in CRO per referral and 12 months of 50% commission on your referral’s Crypto.com trading fees. Keep in mind that this value may change over time.
Furthermore, there's no dedicated VIP program for prediction market trading on Crypto.com. However, there's a Crypto.com Exchange VIP program, from VIP1 to VIP7. Traders who have accumulated high trading volume enjoy exclusive rewards.
You have to meet the minimum trading volume requirement of $1M to apply for the program. However, you may still apply even if you don't attain this trading volume. If you are a VIP on another exchange, you can show proof to Crypto.com to apply to the site's VIP program.

As a beginner, some tips can make your prediction trading on Crypto.com more rewarding. Check them out:
Trading event contracts on Crypto.com primarily involves placing trades on real-world outcomes. Therefore, staying informed on the event or topic you're trading on is necessary. For instance, if you're interested in trading on the Top Song on Spotify 2026 market, staying up to date with the music platform is one way to make good decisions when purchasing Yes or No contracts on available outcomes.
Also, you can join relevant forums online that are centered on the events you're trading. This way, you can observe market sentiment that can influence your trading decisions. However, you're not to completely rely on what other traders think.
After purchasing Yes or No contracts, when you notice that the market prices on Crypto.com are changing against your position due to new information. This means, instead of sticking to your initial probability, it's best to lock in profits by selling your position to avoid your contracts becoming worthless.
As a beginner, don't purchase a large number of event contracts when you first start on Crypto.com. Instead, start with small purchases to observe how the market works and what works for you.
For instance, with experience, you can find out which order type, such as Market Order or a Limit Order, works best for you. Market Order executes at the best price available, while a Limit Order is carried out when the market attains your chosen price level.
During registration on Crypto.com, ensure that your details are accurate to avoid future issues. For instance, the name you provided during registration has to match the details on your bank account. If there's a contradiction, the site may withhold your funds.
One of the rules you have to follow on Crypto.com is to use only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in the closure of all accounts linked to you. At this point, it wouldn't matter what's in your balance; it will all be voided.
Whenever you need assistance on Crypto.com, you can start by going to the FAQs page to find articles that address your concern. If, after your search, you're not satisfied, you can use the live chat option for personal assistance. Take your time to detail where you need help. The site's representative can only help you as much as you can communicate your needs.
Avoid turning to social media or third-party forums for help. You can easily be misled by incorrect information. Hence, stick to a verifiable source, such as Crypto.com customer support.
On Crypto.com, you can trade event contracts on sports, crypto, politics, culture, economics, and climate. During my review, I didn't find a welcome bonus on the prediction market, but Crypto.com offers a Welcome Bonus Mission tied to the exchange.

Plus, Crypto.com offers a native app on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store to enjoy trading event contracts on the go. You can get started on the prediction market by depositing in fiat or cryptocurrency, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
To get assistance, the prediction app offers 24/7 live chat, email, and a comprehensive FAQ page that addresses topics such as prediction trading, deposits, and withdrawals.
