Ole Miss scored 28 unanswered points to win 45-15 over Auburn
The teams’ last meeting came in last season’s Sugar Bowl, Ole Miss winning 39-34

Two of the SEC’s best meet in Oxford Saturday, as Georgia visits Ole Miss in a 7:30 pm ET kickoff. With Polymarket promo code SPORTSPRED, you can get a $25 bonus for the game.
It’s a repeat of last season’s Sugar Bowl, which may be a good omen for Ole Miss considering their win in that game. For Georgia, though, it’s a chance to gain a measure of revenge while also building on their impressive season record, #2 SEC ranking, and a comfortable win last time out against Florida.
Georgia’s defense takes the flowers for their win over #17 Florida last weekend in Atlanta. They put up a passable 318 total yards when they had possession, but forced four turnovers when they didn’t, and Chris Cole took a fumble return all the way back for 66 yards and a touchdown. They were productive on the ground, though, accumulating 217 rushing yards, which saw them easily ride a 24-0 halftime lead to a 27-8 win.
Ole Miss were uncertain of their result until late in the game, with a 17-15 lead in the third quarter. But QB Trinidad Chambliss stepped up big as the Rebels contributed the game’s final 28 points, with ending numbers of 263 yards and two TDs passing, and adding another score on the ground. With the team combining for 487 yards of total offense, a 45-15 win over Auburn was more than deserved, and extended their home winning streak to 16 games.
Prediction market sites have Georgia as a slight favorite, but it’s within a little more than a field goal, and games like this can often come down to what happens on the final possession, so be ready to trade in and out of positions if you see changes in momentum.
This game has the potential to be a defining contest in the SEC as a whole. Neither team is unbeaten, but a win for Ole Miss would bring them back to the same record as their opponent here and give them real momentum given the outcome of the Sugar Bowl last season. It’s reasonable to assume that this game will still be undecided entering its final quarter, which may make it a contender for early trade-out or changing your position. As our Polymarket review makes clear, the platform’s low fees and easy liquidity are conducive to nimble trading.
And while college football has fewer eyes on it than the NFL, don’t worry about there being limited action on the game.
