During my Underdog Predict review, I discovered that Crypto.com and Kalshi power the site’s event contracts. I could trade predictions on different sports and culture events. Currently, Underdog Predict doesn't offer a welcome bonus.
The site features an app on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. From my review, trading on desktop and mobile devices is convenient, with the same markets and features available on both the website and the app. Join me as I go over details about Underdog Predict's usability, app, payment methods, and more.
In this section, Underdog Predict trading will be explained in detail. First, event contracts available on the site are powered by Crypto.com and Kalshi, two major US exchanges overseen by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Hence, contract prices, settlements, and results for similar markets may differ by account.
The brand also refers to its contract trades as Prediction Picks. Each contract features Yes-or-No outcomes, with prices determined by market sentiment. These prices also imply the probability of the event occurring. For instance, in the World Cup Winner 2026 market, if the "Yes” outcome for Spain is priced at $0.58, then the implied probability of that outcome occurring is 58%.
During my Underdog Predict review, I noticed that the percentage shown on the screen may sometimes not match the event contract price. That’s because the displayed percentage shows the last traded price, while the contract price indicates the live order book quotes.
Another thing is that Yes and No prices may not always add up to $1.00 due to bid-ask spreads and market liquidity. The prediction market resolves once the event outcome is determined according to the resolution source specified in the contract rules. If your predictions are correct, you’ll receive $1 per contract.
On the other hand, if your prediction is incorrect, the contract becomes worthless and settles at $0. You can also choose to close your position before the event ends. This option may help you lock in profit or limit potential loss. Funds availability after market settlement usually takes up to 24 hours to process.
Underdog Predict offers several categories for trading event contracts. Here's an overview of what's available:
I found game-level outcomes, including spreads, game winners, and totals, when trading Prediction Picks on Underdog Predict. Currently, the prediction site offers event contracts for the NFL, CFB, NBA, MLB, NHL, CBB, MMA, WNBA, soccer, tennis, esports, and Futures.
The Futures markets allow you to trade event contracts tied to long-term outcomes instead of a single game. Future contracts can remain available for several days, weeks, and even months. For instance, an event contract on which team will win the championship may remain available for an entire season. Also, Futures markets only settle after the outcome of the competition is determined.
Another top feature in the sports category is the Prediction Parlay. With this feature, you can combine different team Prediction Picks into a single entry. From my observation, Prediction Parlay may include live, pre-game, game winners, spreads, and totals Prediction Picks. However, Futures can't be included.
You can create a Prediction Parlay from the same or different sports events. In my review, I made 8 Prediction Picks in a single parlay entry.
Moreover, Underdog Predict supports Combo entries, which allow you to make both Fantasy Picks and Prediction Picks at the same time. However, each entry settles and pays out independently. Your Combo entry has to feature one Prediction Pick and two Fantasy Picks.
On Underdog Predict, the Culture category mainly features non-sports events. Hence, I was able to predict outcomes not only in entertainment but also in politics, the economy, and crypto.
Some of the top entertainment events available include award shows such as the Oscars and Grammys. There are also markets for music outcomes. For instance, the “Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for the week of Sep 5,2026” market was available at the time of my testing. I also traded on the “Big Brother Season 28 - Week 7 elimination” market.
The Politics category on Underdog Predict is very active. A good example is the market “When will traffic at the Strait of Hormuz return to normal?” At the time of this writing, over $33M in trading volume had been accumulated in the market. The site also provides event contracts tied to SCOTUS & courts. I tried placing a trade on “Who will be charged with a federal crime this year?” Other traders on the site find this event interesting as it garnered over $1.5M in trading volume at the time I traded.
In the economy category, the Fed decision in September had the most active market on Underdog Predict, with more than $14M during my review. Markets related to the global central banks, oil and energy, GDP, inflation, and housing are also listed in this category. For instance, I traded on the outcome for the “Gas prices in the US this month” market.
Underdog Predict provides event contracts for popular cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Dogecoin. Markets in this category are active. I watched the “Will Bitcoin be above $200k by next year?” contract hit over $7M in trading volume while I was on the site. If you're a player who follows crypto closely, you can trade 15-min crypto markets, such as the “Bitcoin 15 min - $78,300.14 target.”
The Mentions category presents markets on what will be said during events such as entertainment, politics, and sports. For instance, “What will announcers say during England vs Argentina?” was available for trading. I was surprised to see that this market had recorded more than $1M in trading volume at the time of my review.
When I signed up for my Underdog Predict review, I didn't receive a welcome bonus for trading predictions. I checked the site's promotional banner for an exclusive Underdog Predict promo code, similar to the one available for the Fantasy section, but couldn't find one.
This may be because event contract trading is still a relatively new product on the site. Over time, Underdog may introduce a sign-up bonus for its prediction market.
If the site eventually offers a welcome bonus, you may need to enter a promo code to claim it, as I did with Underdog Fantasy. However, a bonus code may not be required, as not all prediction sites require one to claim their welcome bonuses. For example, during my FanDuel Predicts review, I didn't have to enter a promo code to claim the site's sign-up bonus.
Another thing is, if Underdog Predict introduces a welcome bonus, it could be either a deposit or a no-deposit offer.
With a deposit bonus, traders may need to deposit a minimum amount to qualify, whereas a no-deposit bonus wouldn’t require an initial deposit. Instead, the main requirement may be to complete your registration and verify your identity.
Moreover, I didn't find regular promotions on Underdog Predict. For the latest update on Underdog Predict's welcome bonus, follow the site on its social media pages. You can also revisit this page and check the promotional banners to see whether a sign-up bonus has become available.

Underdog Predict isn't available in 28 US states. However, if you're in one of the states and jurisdictions below, you may register to start trading predictions:
You have to be aged 18 or older to trade predictions on Underdog Predict. However, Underdog’s other products may have different age requirements, such as 19+ or 21+, depending on the state.
When a site like Underdog combines two or more products, I like to see how intuitive the site is. For example, during my DraftKings Predict review, I found that each product had its own section; hence, sports betting, predictions, and Pick’Em didn't overlap.
The same applies to Underdog. Its Predictions, Pick’Em, and Drafts offerings each have dedicated sections, while prediction markets are grouped by category. To view popular Prediction Picks, I tapped the Popular tab at the top of the site, and all trending prediction markets were displayed in the lobby.
Placing an order was easy, and when I clicked on an event, the contract rules were accessible. Plus, I didn't notice any lags when scrolling through available markets or creating Combo entries. The Account tab positioned on the bottom static bar made it convenient to access my information. Also, the Track tab allowed me to monitor my positions and cash out before an event concluded.
In sports trading, the Spread, Total, and Winner prediction markets were listed individually, along with their respective probabilities.
I like that Underdog Predict uses a yellow, black, and white color scheme that gives its prediction market a look that aligns with the rest of the site.
You can access Underdog Predict by downloading the Underdog app on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
However, there was little difference between trading on the app and the desktop site. This is because all desktop features are available in the app. The only noticeable difference is the layout, which is optimized for the smaller screen size.
For convenience, the app is the better option because it lets you trade on the go. That way, you can monitor your positions and close them before the market settles from virtually anywhere.
Currently, Underdog Predict only supports a few payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. I found Trustly, debit cards, credit cards, and Apple Pay. The prediction site doesn’t offer Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal.
I wouldn't conduct an Underdog Predict review without testing the available customer support channels. Therefore, I clicked on the Contact Support tab to use the live chat option. At first, I received automated responses through the AI agent. However, I requested to speak with a human agent and was connected within a few minutes.
I made inquiries about the site's Prediction Parlay and gained a better understanding than what's available in the FAQ. Live chat is also available 24/7, and I confirmed this by requesting to speak with a human agent at different times of day.
Moreover, I tried sending an email and received a response within 24 hours. Just like the live chat, email support was helpful.
Checking out the site’s FAQ section, I found 27 articles on Underdog Predict. These articles addressed topics such as how to get started with Prediction Picks, eligible states, Futures markets, sport-specific rules, your prediction account, and market settlement. Reading articles in the FAQ section helped me better understand how trading predictions work on the site.
Moreover, the FAQ section is regularly updated with the latest and most relevant details.
Before trading on Underdog Predict, I had to confirm it was legit, just as I did in my PrizePicks review. The prediction site is overseen by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and CFTC-authorized exchanges provide its event contracts.
To comply with CFTC requirements, Underdog Predict requires traders to verify their identity and address before they can start trading event contracts. When I visited the Underdog Predict Legal Center, I found documents that show the site's transparency. I had access to its disclosures, fee schedule, Futures Risk Disclosure Statement, and terms of use.
For security, the site uses advanced SSL encryption, and the app prediction trading is also encrypted. During my Underdog Predict review, I noticed that the site wouldn’t let me change my username once my account was created. This policy is one of the ways Underdog Predict enforces security.
I found five tips helpful for maximizing my prediction trading on Underdog Predict. Here are my top strategies:
Don't think you already understand how prediction trading works. It's a good idea to read Underdog Predict’s legal documents, such as the fee schedule, the terms of use, and other policies, before placing your first trade.
During my review, I learned that Underdog Predict charges a commission when opening and closing a position. Also, exchange fees apply separately from commission fees. This information helped me plan how to manage my funds properly and better gauge my trading costs.
One of the best ways to maximize your experience on Underdog Predict is by trading event contracts in categories you understand. As a trader who's familiar with sports, you can browse the sports categories to find events you're confident about predicting their outcomes.
Also, if you're not yet familiar with all the site offerings, it’s best to avoid Prediction Parlays and Combo entries at first. Instead, focus on single-event contracts. You may also want to read articles in the FAQ section before trying these top features on Underdog Predict.
After placing your order, follow the event for the latest information. Remember that event contract prices fluctuate as new information enters the market. Therefore, monitor your position and identify opportunities to lock in profits or limit potential losses before the market settles.
Also, once a market settles, review your trade to see which strategies worked and which didn't, so that you can make better trading decisions in the future.
The Underdog app features the site's prediction markets, making it helpful for trading event contracts on the go. Whenever I wanted to close my positions before the market settled, I tapped the Track tab on my phone instead of waiting until I got to my desktop. The Underdog app helped me react more quickly to market movements.
If you need help regarding your account, fees, or trading event contracts, you can contact Underdog Predict. For instance, if you have a hard time remembering your login details, you can contact support for help. The site doesn't support multiple accounts. Instead, you have to stick to your original verified account. If found to be multi-accounting, you may be suspended from using Underdog Predict.
After trading event contracts on Underdog Predict, I can say that I had a well-rounded experience on the site. Depositing, withdrawing, and trading event contracts through the site and app was easy. I didn't witness lags or crashes. However, there was one drawback, which was the lack of a welcome bonus or regular promotions for prediction trading.
Aside from that, I was also pleased that the contracts available are CFTC-compliant and provided by two popular US exchanges, Kalshi and Crypto.com.
If you're a fan of sports, you'll most likely enjoy trading on the site because the sports market is large, with special features such as Prediction Parlay, Futures, and Combo features. Traders who are familiar with politics, crypto, economics, and entertainment events will also find a lot to trade on here.
