Whether you’re a total noob taking a first-time dip into the waters of online sports betting, or an experienced card shark hungry for high-end casino games, Bet365 has it all – and in today’s Bet365 review, I’ll explore why.
I’m leaving no stone unturned in this fully-comp guide, either – I’ll cover everything from the brand’s newbie bonuses and customer support options, to their state-level licensing credentials and existing customer perks. Brace yourselves, because you guys are in for quite a ride.
The first thing that struck me when I hit-up Bet365’s US site was the way that, depending on your state, there’s a good chance you’ll be offered totally different bonus options to any buddies you might have living elsewhere in the US. This ultimately boils down to state-level restrictions, which I’ll get onto in a bit.
For now, let’s look at the bonuses available in most regions – which I recently dissected big-time in my much more detailed Bet365 bonus review.
Basically, the lay of the land is this: there are three sign-up bonuses; two targeted squarely at sports-lovers and one more specifically for casino gamers. Here’s what each one’s worth:

T&Cs-wise, my Bet365 review can tell ya that all three offers have a $10 minimum deposit requirement and must be claimed within 30 days of registering. Sports Bonus Bets must go down on odds of -500 or greater, while casino ones come with a 20x wagering requirement.
Of course, there’s also state-level restrictions to wrap your head around, too. Here’s a bit more on that.
Sports bettors and slots-lovers rejoice, because Bet365’s a breeze to navigate and use regardless of what kinds of betting experiences you’re after.
Clear and simple to use – the Bet365 prioritises usability over gimmicks.
In a sense, sports and casino are separated here – with the brand’s sportsbook page denoted by a green background dotted with white-and-yellow text, and their casino sub-site going for a sleeker black background with a sort of neon-turquoise script instead.
Straight off the bat, my Bet365 sportsbook review was impressed by the sports platform’s special features, which range from “Live In Game” odds and “Bet Boosts” – the latter of which crank the odds up to eleven on popular events, and much more. The one-click buttons to different sports markets make it super-easy to find whatever you’re looking for here, too, and everything’s clean, crisp and easy-to-follow.
Over on the casino site – which is quick-linked from the top toolbar of the sport’s one in states where both are permitted – things are even cleaner. The landing page is peppered with ultra-wide game thumbnails organized into a no-nonsense grid, topped by quick links to the likes of “Video Slots” and “Originals”. One neat feature is the “I” button in the bottom-right-hand-corner of each game, which’ll bring up details like the game’s RTP, reels and line numbers without you having to actually load-up the game on your device first.

It’s real rare these days a top-ranking sportsbook doesn’t offer an app, as you’ll no doubt be aware already if you’ve read my Caesars or BetMGM reviews.
Bet365’s downloadable can be located on both Apple’s App Store and Google Play. On the latter, it’s built-up an impressive 4.6-star average rating, and has been downloaded a dizzying 500,000 times. Dang.
Naturally I gave both iterations of the app a download when putting together this Bet365 review, and I have to say, I found it nigh on impossible to pick flies with either. They basically each offer a slimmed-down version of the Bet365 website (think more scrolling, less buttons and just one burger-menu), and are just as intuitive and easy-to-use as many a 5-star reviewer claims.
Bet365’s been going in some countries since 2000, and no iGaming brand going back that far is gonna get away with dubious payment terms. You’ll find that the full gamut of popular US cards, like VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Amex, are all present and correct on the “Payment Options” page, as is PayPal, PayNearMe and – added more recently – Apple Pay.
Not a single one of the payment options advertised comes with a transaction charge at Bet365’s end, though depending on your state, you might get charged by your card or e-wallet when they get around to processing your payment.
Limits-wise, all cards and e-wallets on offer – as well as bank transfers, which are also available, might I add – come with a minimum deposit requirement of $10. When it comes to withdrawals, though, there are some pretty wild variations, with bank transfers capped at $10,000 max, compared with $30,000 on credit and debit cards.
My Bet365 review found that transaction times vary from method-to-method, too. PayPal’s the speediest boy on the beach, with a 24-hours-or-less promise, while debit and credit card cash-outs are slowest, taking anywhere from one to five business days – which still ain’t half bad to be honest with ya.
Between those speedy cash-out times, silky-smooth apps and stellar bonuses, I doubt you’ll find much to complain about at Bet365. But should you wish to prove me wrong on that front, I found there are several different customer support options up-for-grabs here if ever you need ‘em.
The options tabled range from live chat and email support, to a 24/7, toll-free telephone number – which is really quite amazing to be fair, because not many betting brands offer hotlines at all; let alone fee-free ones.
If you’re rolling with live chat, you can expect speedy replies, but will have to go through a bit of back-and-forth with a chatbot beforehand, just as I found in my recent BetRivers.net review. That said, live chat is still Bet365’s best contact option in my book – the telephone hotline can get real busy, and the email service just isn’t as sharp, waiting times-wise. Last time I sent an email in, it took Bet365 more than two days to get back to me. So, scratch that and take your chances with the chatbot, yeah?

Being one of the biggest and best-known bookmakers globally, Bet365 takes safety, security and licensing real seriously. Like, almost as seriously as I take the Superbowl.
As I said previously, the brand’s currently green-lit in several different US states, from Arizona’s monumental Monument Valley right the way over to NJ’s glistening Atlantic City. Remember, I gave you guys a full list of Bet365-friendly states above if you need it. Any uncertainties, just scroll down to the very bottom of any Bet365 webpage – which will highlight whether the brand holds a license with the Arizona Department of Gaming, the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement, or whoever your local regulator may be.
In most regions, my Bet365 review found you’ll need to be 21+ to register, though Kentucky-based bettors can get started with the Bet365 sportsbook from 18+. Wherever you’re signing-up from, though, your data will be blocked firmly behind a wall of state-of-the-art SSL encryption, so nobody will be snooping at your sensitive deposits and withdrawals.
Responsible gambling’s not taken lightly here, either. There are self-limitation tools aplenty up-for-grabs, and quick links to responsible gaming organizations in your state, as well as national telephone hotlines if you need ‘em. Bet365’s a brand that’s happy enough to serve-up three different sign-up bonuses to American customers, so I’m sure it won’t surprise you to hear these guys offer a whole world of different existing player promos, too.
Sports bettors can take advantage of endless “Bet Boosts” and “Boosted 2 Leg Parlays” from the “Top Events” page daily, on top of 60% “Soccer Reloads” – which I think were on offer at the time of writing due to it being the UEFA Euros soccer season.
Likewise, Bet365 is legit one of the best iGaming sites in the US for casino bonuses, offering $50,000 live casino giveaways weekly, and random drops from prize pools on selected slots in the summertime, by way of their “$2,000 Summer Giveaway”.
Does Bet365 offer any kind of VIP or loyalty program like the one I identified in my Caesars review, maybe? Well… while I’ve seen talk on Reddit, TrustPilot and the like of a poker-based Bet365 program available in other countries, I couldn’t see any evidence of a US-based rewards scheme at the time of writing. So, you’ll just have to make do with all those other big-value bonuses, yeah?
From mainstream must-haves like MLB, MBA and soccer, to more toned-down tournaments like bowls and snooker, you’d be surprised by just how diverse Bet365’s sportsbook really is. I know I certainly was.
Between the “Bet Boosts” and other bonuses I was bleating on about earlier, Bet365 is legit epic for sports market promotions, too. Parlay boosts of up to 70% were being offered on NFL, NCAAF, NBA and MLB at the time of writing this review, while “Early Payout” offers were up-for-grabs on selected hockey bets, too. When you’re fishing around for promos, there are handy separate tabs for “Major Sports” and other markets.
Bet365 gets a lot of compliments on Reddit, TrustPilot and other forums referencing its sensational odds – and I have to agree, Americans are getting some real good numbers here.
At the time of writing, the best odds seemed to be showing-up most frequently on major markets, like the UEFA Euros and MLB. But there are nuggets of gold to be found when browsing more niche tournaments, too, if you’re prepared to dig deep.
For any of you new to betting, my Bet365 review found you folk can benefit from slightly dumbed-down guides to “Bet Placement”, “Bet Settlement” and individual sports over on the “Help” page. These guides don’t sacrifice the important details in favor of readability, either – they’re really well-put-together IMO.
The “Live In Game” page has been a staple of the Bet365 experience for yonks, and boy does it deliver. Here, you’ll find simplified game lines and frequent odds boosts on up-to-the-minute games. That’s right, the site even has its own dedicated “Promos” section.
Live-streaming’s up-for-grabs, too – but you’ll need to be logged in and have placed at least one bet in the last 24-hours to be able to access the biggest and brightest sports streams.
Much as I found in my ESPN Bet review, betting limits are beautifully varied here. You can potentially bet anywhere up to $100,000 at a time depending on your sport and bet type, while bets of as little as $5 each are accepted at the other end of the spectrum. In short, everybody’s well-catered for.
Offering their best odds on major tournaments and events, Bet365’s perfect come Superbowl or World Cup season – especially if you’re into parlays. Their limits are well-suited to all experience levels, too, making the platform an ideal all-rounder. This is also one of few betting sites that offers a full-screen mode on sports live streams; so it’s top marks from me.
If you like fast-loading games and eye-popping graphics, look no further. My Bet365 review found that by and large, only the kinds of big-name software brands you’ve actually heard of are represented here. I’m talking names like NetEnt, Playtech and NYX – heck, there’s even a handful of games from NextGen here, as well as “Originals” developed in-house.
While the sportsbook’s available in a whole bunch of different regions, just be wary that only NJ and a handful of other states currently get access to Bet365’s casino games.
Whether you’re into adventure-packed NextGen slots like Egyptian Rise, or Playtech-powered jackpots like Purple Hot, I’m sure you guys won’t find the game selection at all lacking here.
My Bet365 review felt that there’s definitely a teeny-weeny bias toward slots, though the games most heavily-promoted here are great fun and incredibly innovative – think video and bonus slots; not run-of-the-mill reels.
Video poker’s a big deal here, too – with its own dedicated page packed-full of high-RTP titles like Game King Video Poker (99.54% RTP) and Four Card Poker (98.68% RTP). It also would appear that your $1,000 worth of welcome Bonus Bets can go down on any game you please. Boom.
Once it’s run out, you can grab a hold of a ton of other casino-related promos here, too – including a “50% Weekend Reload Bonus” that serves-up boosted bonus bets each time you deposit $10 or more on a Saturday or Sunday.
Like live games? Good, because Bet365’s chock-full of ‘em, from Live American Roulette and VIP Blackjack to slightly more bizarro options like Buffalo Blitz, which bungs live dealers and video slot-style gameplay into the same boat.
In short, there’s a bit of everything here – and with nicely varied limits, too.
In a word, no – during my time here, I never felt these guys were overly heavy-handed with their limits. There are some huge variations between games though, so be sure to click the “I” button on the thumbnail of each game to see what’s what before you bet.
If ever you feel flummoxed by all the numbers, Bet365 offers a handy “RTP and Volatility Explained guide” specially for slots newbies, along with tons of other helpful FAQs regarding limits and the like on their “Help” page.
Between those “Summer Giveaways” and “Weekend Reloads”, you’re looking at an online casino that offers serious mileage here, bonus-wise. Their software’s top-notch, too – it’s just a crying shame Bet365’s casino games are only available in a few US states.
In my view, Bet365 is actually one of the best bookmakers around for less-experienced bettors, and here’s why. They offer low minimum bet limits, comprehensive guides to sports and betting rules via their “Help” page, and one of the easiest-to-use betting interfaces I’ve seen.
Bet365 is legit and legal across large parts of the USA, but you will need to be physically located in a Bet365-friendly state, such as Arizona or Colorado, for example, to bet here. The brand uses state-of-the-art “Geo-Location Technology” and requires users to verify their ID, so using VPNs here is a big fat no.
Amazingly, with Bet365 it’s possible to set-up “Auto Cash Out”, so that your account will process withdrawals automatically whenever your Bet365 balance rises above a certain amount. The feature can be set-up by clicking “My Bets” followed by “Auto Cash Out” in the top toolbar.
Holding rock-solid licenses across many parts of the US and serving-up sensational sportsbook odds as well as great casino bonuses, Bet365 is pretty much the ultimate sportsbook package – and its brand rep won’t leave anyone in any doubt as to whether Bet365 is legit (spoiler alert: it is, but only if you live in one of the Bet365-friendly states I mentioned earlier).
When all’s said and done, you’re looking at a dependable operator that, aside from a few slightly hard-to-get-your-head-around bonus T&Cs, basically has it all. So take extra care to double-check the local bonus rules for your region before you register, and go have fun. Just don’t expect a VIP/loyalty program.
