Why is there only a Dorados no purchase bonus?
Considering the fact that this is indeed a sweepstakes casino, it’s important to note that the site does not offer the same traditional offers you get on real-money gaming sites. With the use of Gold Coins and Gems (which serve as sweepstakes entries), real money gaming is no longer necessary. This means you can play for free, and you also get no purchase bonuses in place of the usual bonus.

Breaking down what you get with the free Dorados welcome bonus
The Dorados welcome bonus includes 20,000 Gold Coins, 2 Gems (SC), and 2 Elixirs. We’ll break down exactly what that means now.
💰 Gold Coins (GC)
Gold Coins are the bread and butter of your social gaming experience. You get 20,000 of them for free with your Dorados no-purchase bonus, which is enough for around 200 spins if you’re opting for the minimum amount per spin. In practice, you’d get more than that if you factor in the GC you get through gameplay.
If you run out of GC, you can find more for free through bonuses and promotions, which we’ll explain more about further down the page. You can also buy GC if you don’t fancy waiting around for the next free bonus, but this isn’t mandatory, and it’s not a requirement for playing any of the games on this platform.
Gold Coins have no real-world value and no purpose outside of gameplay. They’re essential fun tokens!
💎 Gems (SC)
Gems are also a ticket to plenty of fun on the games at Dorados. During gameplay, they work in the same way. However, there are a few key differences when it comes to how you get hold of them and what you can do with them after you’ve played them.
Firstly, you cannot buy Gems. Gems are the branded name for Sweepstakes Coins (SC) at Dorados, which means they are only available for free. If you get enough Gems through gameplay, you may be able to redeem eligible SC for real money prizes, provided you meet other eligibility criteria. The number of prizes you can redeem depends on your VIP level, which we’ll cover in a moment.
🍹 Elixir
Elixir is a unique type of reward token at Dorados that you use in a couple of ways. Firstly, you can use 1 Elixir to spin the reels in the adventure-based Dorados rewards game. You can also use them in the Reward Market to get Free Spins on Dorados casino games or Claw Machine Credits.

Other free bonuses and rewards at Dorados
The Dorados no-purchase bonus isn’t the only way to get free GC, SC, and Elixir. Here are some other ways you can get free rewards:
Dorados game
This game is essentially an alternative to a Dorados daily login bonus, but you could also say it’s built around the bonus. You can collect a daily bonus here via the Reward Calendar, which could be something like 1 Elixir per day, though it might also include other rewards like Free Spins. It’s streak-based, so you get a bigger reward on the 7th day. Within the game, you can collect Gold, Gems (Sweeps Coins), and Elixir by completing Milestones and advancing across the map by building islands, competing against other players, and taking part in tournaments.
Wheel of Gold
Wheel of Gold is an RNG-powered Gold Coin machine that delivers free GC, with no cap on the number of times you can spin per day! 100,000 Gold Coins of gameplay will get you 1 spin on the Wheel of Gold. Just make sure to use your spins when you have them, as you can only hold 10 at a time. If you have 10 Wheel of Gold spins waiting to be used, any additional spins you collect from playing 100,000 GC will be lost. You can also get spins on the Wheel of Gold through giveaways or special promotions. Prizes range from 500 GC to 100,000 GC.
Claw Machine
Claw Machine is a retro-themed bonus game that instantly transports you to the arcades of yesteryear. Use the up, down, left, and right arrows to position the claw, then hit the “GRAB” button to drop it. If it lands on a prize, you can collect Free Spins or Sweeps Coins. You only have 25 seconds to position the claw before it drops automatically, so time and accuracy are both critical.
Reward Market
This is where you go to get Claw Machine Credits and Free Spins using your Elixir. There are various deals to claim, so it’s good to browse what’s available every so often.
VIP rewards
The Dorados VIP program comes with several exciting perks, including round-the-clock access to live chat support and a dedicated VIP manager who can give you exclusive bonuses and rewards. You also get free Elixir when you level up, birthday gifts, and special deals on GC packages (purchases are optional). Your VIP level also affects prize redemptions.
| Tier Name | Criteria | VIP Gets |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Playing the available games will help you progress | 24/7 live chat |
| Level 2 | Playing the available games will help you progress | 24/7 live chat |
| Level 3 | Playing the available games will help you progress | Access to VIP manager, free Elixir, treasure |
| Level 4 | Playing the available games will help you progress | All the above plus a special GC purchase package option |
| Level 5 | Playing the available games will help you progress | Everything from Level 4 plus a birthday gift each year |
Other rewards (no purchase or promo code required)
That’s not all—there are still more opportunities for you to claim free GC and Gems, no Dorados promo code or purchase necessary.
- Challenges: Complete daily and monthly challenges to unlock instant GC prizes
- Tournaments: Play for GC and SC prize pools in tournaments like Monthly Race, Live Social Casino, and Slot of the Week
- Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Submit up to 1 mail-in request per day per account for 2 SC
