If you’re searching for ways to get more virtual currency and thought that sending your Dorados referral code to a friend could give you a boost, you’re about to be disappointed. At the time of writing, no referral program exists.
While such a program may be introduced in the future, for now, you’ll have to get on with the other available methods of increasing your GC and SC balance. This includes the welcome bonus, daily log-in bonus, and more. We’ll explain these options below in detail so you know exactly what’s up for grabs as an existing player.
Table of Contents
Why is there no Dorados referral program?
Dorados is still a relatively new sweepstakes platform, and this may be the simple reason why there isn’t a referral program yet. But since the site has put lots of effort into its bonuses and VIP program, and the fact that most similar sites do offer “refer a friend” programs, we can expect one to emerge from Dorados at some point in the future to stay competitive and keep users happy. In the meantime, the site has plenty to offer both new and existing players.

Other ways to collect free Dorados SC and GC
Before we dive into the various ways to build up your virtual balance on the sweepstakes site, let’s quickly cover Gold Coins, Gems, and Elixir — Dorados’ three forms of virtual currency.
- Gold Coins (GC): Standard across all sweepstakes casinos, Gold Coins (GC) are used solely for entertainment purposes and cannot be redeemed for real money prizes. They hold no monetary value. You can get them through promotions and bonuses, or buy them as a package if you want a boost, but this is entirely optional.
- Gems (SC): Gems are Dorados’ version of Sweeps Coins (SC) and work in the same way as SC do on all other sweepstakes sites. They cannot be bought, only collected during games, but can be redeemed for cash prizes once you’ve reached the platform’s required minimum amount (50 Gems) and have played them through once.
- Elixir: A third virtual currency isn’t all that common in the sweepstakes world, which makes Elixir all the more exciting. These tokens can be used to purchase items from the reward market, exchanged for spins or claw machine credits, or to play the “Lost City” mini-game.

Available bonuses and promotions
Just as no referral code exists, there isn’t a Dorados no deposit bonus on the site either. This simply doesn’t exist for platforms operating under sweepstakes models. However, you will find plenty of other bonuses up for grabs, including a generous free welcome bonus.
Welcome bonus
Anyone who signs up as a new user on the site is entitled to the free welcome bonus, which is made up of 20,000 GC, 2 Gems, and 2 Elixir. As with similar sites, the virtual currency becomes available in your account immediately after registration is complete; no Dorados promo code or other action is required.
Daily log-in bonus
By signing in every day, you’ll be able to claim 1 free Elixir thanks to the Dorados daily login bonus. While most other sweepstakes casinos offer GC and SC in their daily offerings, we consider the free Elixir a nice bonus nonetheless.
Other options
| Bonus type | Bonus offering | How to claim |
|---|---|---|
| Wheel of Gold | 600 GC to 100,000 GC | Play through 100,000 GC for a free wheel spin |
| AMOE (Mail-in) bonus | 2-4 Gems | Send a handwritten mail-in request to Dorados’ physical address. |
| VIP bonuses | Tier-dependent, individualized perks and rewards | VIP points help you level up, with each tier offering new rewards. |
| Daily/weekly challenges | Varying amounts of GC | Take part in the challenges found on the site. |
Is signing up to Dorados still a good idea?
Despite the lack of a Dorados referral program, there are plenty of reasons to still sign up to the site. For one, the platform hosts an enormous game library — with almost 3,000 titles to explore and play, many from reputable providers. This is above average compared to what you’d find on similar sites.
Here are some other advantages and disadvantages to consider that we discovered during research for our Dorados review.
Pros and Cons
- Strong welcome bonus
- Good selection of exclusive games
- Creative promotions for existing players
- No mobile app created yet
Conclusion: No referral program just yet, but plenty more up for grabs
While no Dorados Casino referral code exists, since there isn’t actually a referral program in place at the moment, there are plenty of other exciting ways to get more GC, Gems, and Elixir on the site. New players can take advantage of the welcome bonus, while daily login rewards provide regular chances to collect GC, Gems, and Elixir. The Wheel of Gold also adds another option for claiming extra rewards.
