For this EpicSweep review, I spent a fair amount of time on site, exploring its offerings in detail. That included checking out the overall sign-up process, new player promos, and the massive library of games you can find there.
EpicSweep is a newer name on the sweepstakes market, but after playing a few games myself, I can tell you the brand is well worth giving a shot. Not just because of the more than generous welcome bonus of 100,000 Gold Coins and 1 Sweeps Coin, but also because of an excellent array of over 4,500 casino-style games.

What promotions can you expect at EpicSweep?
I was a bit taken aback at the huge number of promotions I found when reviewing the site. The brand is still relatively new, having only launched in May 2026, but needless to say, EpicSweep has already pushed the boat out considerably with some rather epic promotions. Here’s what’s waiting for you once you sign up:
Welcome package
Just for signing up to the platform, I received a welcome bonus of 100,000 Gold Coins (GC) and 1 Sweeps Coin (SC). I didn’t even need to search for an EpicSweep promo code anywhere, as the bonus was automatically added to my new player account. The 100,000 Gold Coins are a great head start to spinning on some of the reels, while the 1 Sweeps Coin isn’t the biggest offer, but it’s still a nice addition to the overall package.
Optional first GC purchase offer
In the Gold Coin store, you’ll find optional Gold Coin bundles that let you score bonus Sweeps Coins. Buying Gold Coins is not mandatory, but some great deals are going on if you’re looking to top up your virtual currency balance. A lot of these GC bundles also come with extra boosts for first-time players. Here’s what I found during my test:
| Price | Gold Coins | Free Sweeps Coins | VIP XP |
|---|---|---|---|
| $4.99 | 12,000 | 6 | 250 |
| $9.99 | 220,000 | 22 | 499 |
| $19.99 | 275,000 | 45 | 999 |
| $34.99 | 400,000 | 60 | 1,749 |
Daily wheel spin
Instead of a fixed EpicSweep daily login bonus that’s given to you once every 24 hours, the platform rewards you with a spin of the prize wheel that comes with 16 different possible prizes to claim. The top prize you could claim here is 2,000,000 Gold Coins and 100 Sweeps Coins, which isn’t too shabby in my opinion.
Weekly coinback
EpicSweep has its own weekly coinback system that activates every Wednesday. The promotion is directly linked to your progress in the brand’s VIP program, with the coinback percentage increasing once you reach the higher tiers. It starts at 2% once you reach the Silver tier and then grows from there onwards.
Refer-a-friend bonus
The referral bonus at EpicSweep gives 200,000 Gold Coins and 50 Sweeps Coins after you refer a friend to the site using your unique link and they sign up and then make their first qualifying optional Gold Coin purchase. This is a pretty generous promotion, especially the Sweeps Coin portion. So if you’ve got friends who might also enjoy sweepstakes gaming, sharing your link with them definitely comes with some nice benefits.
EpicSweep design and usability - how easy is the site to navigate?
When I worked my way through the EpicSweep platform, I was pleasantly surprised at how straightforward the overall design actually is. All of the important categories show up on the left-hand side, with important links featured in the footer. This meant I was always just a few short clicks from where I wanted to go. There’s even a search bar that you can use to easily locate your next favorite game. The design of EpicSweep’s platform features a dark background without too many animated graphics or unnecessary clutter, which makes it easy to use from the very start.

Does EpicSweep have a dedicated mobile app?
There currently is no dedicated EpicSweep app you can download for either iOS or Android, so instead I accessed the brand’s mobile website on the browser of my phone. Compared to the desktop version, the site functions the same as its desktop counterpart. It’s effectively scaled down for the smaller screen, with menus and buttons only appearing when needed.
I was also able to check my GC and SC balances, take a spin on the daily wheel, and play slot titles without any noticeable lag or glitches. If you prefer gaming while on the move, the mobile browser version does its job just fine. Having said that, it would be nice to have an official mobile app added in the future.
Checking out the games library at EpicSweep
The brand’s gaming portfolio is one of the most impressive things about EpicSweep. In only a short space of time, the platform has amassed a collection of more than 4,500+ games to choose from. The majority of them are slots, but they also feature some table games, live gaming options, and even scratch cards. These are all sourced from a variety of highly respected developers such as Hacksaw Gaming, Evolution, Nolimit City, and Red Tiger Gaming.
🎰 Slots
These are arguably the main feature of any sweepstakes casino library, and EpicSweep’s slots section covers pretty much every theme you can imagine. Classic fruit machines, underwater-inspired games, Egyptian adventures, and candy-themed titles are all prominently featured.
I spent a bit of time playing Starburst from NetEnt and making the most of its expanding wilds. For a high-volatility game, Le Bandit from Hacksaw Gaming is a fun title that also comes with tons of fun bonus features. However, if you just want something a bit old-school, 777 Fruity Classic by 3 Oaks Gaming gives you that same feeling of spinning a classic 3-reeler at a land-based casino.
🎲 Live gaming
EpicSweep heavily relies on its cooperation with Evolution for its live gaming offerings, since the software provider is highly respected and well-known for coming up with some top-tier titles. I tested out Lightning Blackjack, which really kicks up when the multiplier feature kicks in, and I also spent some time with Immersive Roulette, which has a polished studio setup that just makes the whole thing a little more exciting.
♠️ Table games and more
I was surprised by the selection of table games. Rather than just offering the standard blackjack, roulette, and baccarat options, EpicSweep also has a fair number of more unique picks. These include Pontoon and Three Card Rummy. There is also a decent mix of Plinko titles, crash games, scratch card options, and bingo. Overall, the selection of table games makes for a decent break when you want something a bit different from the slots side of things.

Making optional GC purchases and eligible SC prize redemptions at EpicSweep
It’s worth keeping in mind that making a Gold Coin package purchase is entirely optional, and you can always make use of free ongoing promotions from the moment you sign up. But if you decide at some point that you want to purchase some additional GC, you’ll find available Gold Coin bundles ranging from $4.99 to $499.99, and all come with some bonus Sweeps Coins as an added extra. Depending on your VIP ranking, you’ll also receive more bonus SC and VIP XP in return.
Optional Gold Coin purchases can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. If you’re curious about the Sweeps Coins redemption process, EpicSweep sets its minimum redemption threshold at 100 SC, and you’ll have to first play through all bonus Sweeps Coins at least once. You’ll also need to complete the full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which involves uploading a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. Depending on the redemption method, your eligible SC redemptions are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Customer service at EpicSweep - How does it hold up?
Customer service was one of the first things I checked out after registration, and EpicSweep more than held its own. There’s a help center with dedicated FAQs for the basic queries and a 24/7 live chat. I tested out the live chat and was connected to a human agent within ten minutes, which was a fairly reasonable waiting time. When I asked a question about EpicSweep Casino free spins, the agent kindly informed me that the site currently doesn’t offer such a promotion, but I was still able to play for free using the GC and SC from the welcome bonus.
I wasn’t able to locate a phone number for the platform, but I was pretty happy with the live chat response. They also have an email you can send queries to if you’re looking for more in-depth replies.
Is EpicSweep safe and legit?
From the time I spent on the platform, I can conclude that EpicSweep is definitely a safe platform to use. Because it runs as a sweepstakes casino, it operates under US sweepstakes law, which means that no purchases are needed to play, and you will always have a way to enjoy casino-style games for free.
EpicSweep also uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your data and that of the platform itself. This means your payment info and account details are safely encrypted and not accessible to unauthorized third parties. You’ll also find a solid range of responsible gaming resources in the site’s footer. These include optional GC purchase limits, session limits, and the option to exclude yourself from play.
The VIP loyalty program at EpicSweep
EpicSweep features its own tiered VIP program in which you collect VIP XP through playing games or making optional GC purchases. Starting at Copper level, you’ll move your way up through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum, and eventually VIP. With each new rank, you’ll receive unique benefits such as Gold Coin bundle discounts and Sweeps Coin rewards.
One of the biggest benefits starts at the Silver tier, as from there on out you’ll receive increasing coinback percentages. This starts at 2% at Silver and goes all the way up to 10% once you reach the top level.
My final verdict on EpicSweep - This site really is epic
After spending some time on the site, I came away feeling pretty happy with what I experienced at EpicSweep. The welcome bonus of 100,000 GC and 1 SC lands automatically in your account; the library of games is massive, covering over 4,500+ titles, and the VIP program offers a huge range of incentives such as exclusive discounted GC bundles, SC rewards, and coinback.
The lack of a dedicated mobile app is a minor drawback, but the mobile browser works just as well and offers pretty much the same experience on the move. If you’ve been trying to find a legitimate, free sweepstakes casino with a large selection of titles and a 24/7 live chat, EpicSweep is definitely one I can recommend.
