Reviewing the Lucky Bunny mobile gaming UX
There’s no dedicated mobile app for Lucky Bunny. A quick word of warning: I did find several copycat mobile apps on Google Play, so don’t be fooled. These are unofficial and unrelated apps that are ripping off Lucky Bunny’s branding. Currently, the only way to access the Lucky Bunny platform is by opening your web browser and visiting the website. You don’t need a promo code, just your login details. Although there isn’t an iOS or Android app, the Lucky Bunny website is mobile-optimized, so it actually looks more or less like an app. You’ll see a handy bar along the bottom of the screen with five quick navigation links: Menu, Lobby, Get Packages, Rewards, Search.
As you scroll down the lobby, the games are neatly arranged into categories like Top Slots of the Week, Fruit Games, Live Games, and Good Old West. Then you can scroll through the top titles in each category horizontally, and tap “View all” to open the category page. This makes browsing the game library nice and easy, even on a smaller screen. I didn’t once feel frustrated and I never struggled with navigation.

Testing the payment and SC redemption methods at Lucky Bunny
First things first, Lucky Bunny has done a good job with making payments nice and easy. The green “Get Packages” button really stands out against the dark background. In fact, it’s probably the most noticeable element on the site, if you’re playing on a larger screen, anyway. It appears on the menu bar at the top, and in the sidebar menu, too. On mobile, it’s the largest button in the middle of the navigation bar along the bottom of the screen. Fair to say, it’s accessible. The packages themselves are in a simple list, without any gimmicky or confusing icons, which I personally appreciate.
The available payment methods for me are Apple Pay and bank card (Visa and MasterCard), though I’ve seen other players report that Google Pay, Discover, and bank transfer are also supported. This may be tied to location. While it’s not the longest list of payment methods in the industry, I’m happy to see they’ve prioritized the most popular ones. I found a similar selection when writing my , so Lucky Bunny is in good company.
If you meet the criteria to redeem SC for cash prizes, you’ll usually use whichever payment method you used to purchase FC. That’s if you purchased FC, of course! It’s not a requirement. The exception is Apple Pay, which is not supported as an SC redemption method. In that case, online banking is the preferred option. Regardless of the method, the official Sweepstakes Rules state you’ll receive your prize no more than 5 business days after your request is approved, and in my experience, this is spot on.

I’m so relieved that the brand has made a point of getting solid customer support in place right from the start. The site may only have launched at the start of the year, but the customer service is already more polished than a lot of well-established sweepstakes casinos I’ve played at.
There’s a live chat which you can access by tapping the floating headset icon on the right side of the platform, or selecting “Contact Us” from the sidebar menu. I’ve never had to wait more than a minute or so for a human response. You’ll find a handy FAQ in the website footer, too. I also emailed their support with an account query and got a same day reply, so overall I’m impressed. All the agents I’ve dealt with have known their stuff and been friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful.

Lucky Bunny is U.S. owned and operated by OPTIVARA LLC, a Delaware-registered company. If you read my ThrillCoins review, you’ll know that some companies operate several sites. However, as far as I can tell, this isn’t the case with OPTIVARA. When it launched in March 2026, Lucky Bunny became its first sweepstakes casino brand.
As Lucky Bunny only operates in the U.S., it doesn’t require a license. However, the brand doesn’t accept players from some states due to local restrictions. The restricted states are California, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming. While it’s frustrating if you live in one of those areas, I like that Lucky Bunny is clearly serious about staying on the right side of the law and protecting its players.
My honest thoughts on the Lucky Bunny loyalty program
Right now, it seems like the Lucky Bunny loyalty program focuses on one specific reward type, cashback—so much so that the program is currently labeled Cashback Tiers in the main menu. This is a pretty recent development. I wrote a Lucky Bunny review not that long again when the program was simply called Tiers Program. I wouldn’t be surprised if it changes again, as it looks like the scheme is still evolving.
Despite still being in its early stages, the loyalty program is clear, well-organized, and worthwhile. Aside from cashback on net losses, you’ll also get a discount on FC packages. You don’t have to use that perk, since FC purchases are optional, but it’s nice to have. The level up bonuses are decent amounts, and you’ll also get the chance to win larger FC and SC prizes on the Wheel of Fortune when you reach the higher tiers. I’d predict that there are better things yet to come from the Lucky Bunny loyalty program, so watch this space.

I’ve got to give it to Lucky Bunny… they’ve come up with some pretty creative tier names. The whole thing is based around the American Dream and themes of humble beginnings, bold ambition, status, and power. Just don’t ask me what it has to do with rabbits!
