You won’t find SpinQuest free SC hidden away somewhere behind a menu or impossible challenges. We were able to find several ways to add Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins to our virtual currency balance without needing to make a GC purchase.
If you’re curious as to how you can claim virtual currencies on SpinQuest, then this guide has got you covered. We’ll have the full breakdown of how GC and SC work and will show you the fastest ways to top up your virtual balance with some exciting promotions for new and existing players.

What are Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins at SpinQuest?
There is no real money used at SpinQuest since the brand functions as a sweepstakes casino and uses the same two types of virtual currencies that you will also find at most other sites. Gold Coins (GC) are used for fun play and, as such, offer no redemption value. Sweeps Coins (SC) on the other hand, are the platform’s promotional play form of currency and can be redeemed for cash prizes once all relevant requirements have been met.
Distinguishing between the two plays a key part in how you experience the site, because Gold Coins usually show up in greater abundance which means you can use them freely to test games or strategies, whereas Sweeps Coins don’t show up quite as much they could eventually unlock the door to making an SC redemption. So, ideally, you’ll want to collect and play through as many of those as you can.
Here’s a brief recap of the two:
| Gold Coins (GC) | Sweeps Coins (SC) | |
|---|---|---|
| Main use | Fun and entertainment | Promotional play |
| Can it be purchased? | Yes, in GC packages starting at $5 | No, you can only receive it through bonuses |
| Redeemable for prizes | N/A | Yes, once you’ve met the eligibility requirements |
| Playthrough requirements? | N/A | 1x (for bonus SC from GC purchases); 3x (for SC claimed via promos) |

What are the different ways to claim SC at SpinQuest?
While SpinQuest is still a relatively new sweepstakes casino, there are numerous ways by which you can claim Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins on the site. This starts with the welcome bonus but extends to a range of other promotional offers for returning players.
🎁 Welcome bonus
Once you’ve completed the sign-up process, you’ll automatically receive a generous welcome bonus of 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins. No purchase or promo code was required and all you have to do is sign up and verify your email and mobile phone number.
📅 Daily login bonus
If there’s one thing that will top up your virtual currency balance faster than just about any other method, it's the SpinQuest daily login bonus. Log in once every 24 hours and you’ll collect a consistent reward of 10,000 Gold Coins and 1 Sweeps Coin, which is pretty generous in our view.
✉️ Mail-in request
By sending a somewhat oldschool letter to SpinQuest headquarters, you will be able to receive a reward of 5 bonus Sweeps Coins. This is a great way to build your SC balance if you don’t mind waiting a little longer, as requests may take a few weeks to be processed.
🤝 Referral commissions
SpinQuest also features a generous referral program which we thought was one of the best SpinQuest promo code offers for existing players. Here, you’ll need to generate a unique referral link in your profile and when you send this link to a friend and they sign up and play at SpinQuest you’ll be able to receive a commission based on their SC gameplay. This doesn’t give you a fixed bonus like some refer-a-friend promotions do, but instead rewards you over time for how much your referred friend plays through their SC balance, which we actually thought was a nice take on the classic referral program.
💰 Optional Gold Coin purchases
This ongoing promotion is entirely optional but it's worth mentioning that every Gold Coin package you purchase also comes with an added amount of SC as a bonus. For example, when we purchased the $10 GC package, we received a gift of 30 bonus SC on top of the GC.

Games you can play with your bonus SC at SpinQuest
SpinQuest’s library features over 1,000+ titles and there were a number of titles that stuck out for us in particular. The slots selection is by far the biggest with titles such as Fire in the Hole 2 from Nolimit City and Le Pharoah from Hacksaw Gaming offering exciting gameplay with fun bonus rounds and high volatility ratings. The full SpinQuest games library also includes live dealer table games such as Crash live which changes the pace a bit and even a couple of scratchcards. These games are all powered by ICONIC21, which contributes significantly to the amount of casino-style titles you can access on the platform. Whether or not you’d prefer to test the games out with Gold Coins first or start playing through through your Sweeps Coins, we don’t think you’ll get bored easily at SpinQuest
Pros and cons of SpinQuest Sweeps Coins
Pros and Cons
- Excellent variety of promotions that come with bonus SC
- Only 50 SC needed for redemption requests
- Generous commission based referral program
- Playthrough requirement is 3x for bonus SC
Conclusion – claiming SC at SpinQuest is super straightforward
When you look at the welcome bonus, the daily login bonus, the mail in option and referral commissions program, we found that SpinQuest certainly has taken the time to come up with some generous and easy promotions for you to collect more GC and SC on the site. Add to that a solid gaming portfolio with over 1,000 casino-style games which consists of slots, live dealer games, and even scratchcards, you’ll have plenty of ways to put your virtual currencies to good use.
It does take some time to build up your SC balance for a possible redemption, but SpinQuest comes with a lower minimum redemption threshold of only 50 SC which is a lot more accessible than we've seen a t other sweepstakes casinos. However, you do have to keep the varying playthrough requirements for SC in mind. These range from 1x to 3x. Nevertheless, SpinQuest definitely rewards you for your consistency and offers numerous ways to top up your virtual currency balance. Ready to try SpinQuest for yourself?
