VegasNova is a relatively new global online casino that I’ve had the pleasure of testing, and my first impressions were great as I found a versatile game library and huge welcome bonus.
Using my findings, I’ve created a full VegasNova review below. This is where I look in more detail about core features like its gambling license, security, and customer support. Not only that, but if you read on, I’ll also review the games it provides, and the potential promotions you can get when signing up here.
Is VegasNova legit? This is the first question I asked myself, and to find out, I did a quick sweep and noticed these five things:
This real money casino is legit as it has a global gambling license from the Government of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, license number ALSI-202502018-FI1. I double-checked the official licensing page and everything was in order. There’s also some information about the parent company - VegasNova is owned and operated by Veganova Ltd, which is a company based in Anjouan.
I then checked out the customer support options at VegasNova, and I found a live chat, and an FAQs center. The FAQs/help center has a decent range of topics and articles relating to various site functions, including deposits and withdrawals. I did find it quite useful, and was able to get more info about payments here.
However, when I wanted to speak to a human rep, I used the 24/7 live chat feature. You have to enter your name and email first, but as soon as you’ve done that, you should be able to get through to someone. I was generally able to get through to a human support rep within 5 to 7 minutes which I thought was OK.
For security, the site has SSL encryption backed by an SSL certificate from Google Trust Services, and I also saw other features like geoblocking, and verification requirements before you could complete the registration process. I was also impressed to see the various documents they have relating to the site and how it works - these include a privacy and cookies policy, AML policy, bonus terms and conditions, and general site terms and conditions.
This is a fiat online casino, and you should be able to use various different payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PaysafeCard, Neteller, Skrill, Revolut, instant bank transfer, Interac, and PayID. Note that these are the payment methods that I saw - you might be able to see more or less depending on your location. In terms of limits, you should be able to deposit and withdraw with as little as $20, and from my experience, the processing times for withdrawals are generally 1-3 business days, depending on the method you use.
VegasNova also has a dedicated responsible gambling page which provides both information and tools that you can use to stay in control. It clearly states its approach and mantra relating to responsible gambling, while also explaining what you can do to keep on top of things.
For responsible gambling tools, you have deposit limits, time-outs, and full self-exclusion options. I personally always use the deposit limit feature when I sign up to a new online casino, and I think the shorter time-out feature can be useful too, as it can allow you to take a break of up to a few weeks.
Usability is important for me– I want to be able to make payments easily and find the games I want to play, and I think that VegasNova does a good job on both of these fronts. The desktop website has a pretty simple design, and nothing stood out to me. I prefer it like this though, simplicity instead of flashy graphics that can impact performance.
Loading speeds were always fast for the different pages and the game library, and I think the site is technically sound too. It’s got no errors or missing content, and as far as I can see everything works as it should.
For mobile gaming, I couldn’t see any evidence of a VegasNova app. Instead, they have a mobile-responsive website which works great on smartphone browsers. I tested this too, and I had a fun time playing the slots on my mobile.
Although I’ve done a VegasNova promo code review, I still wanted to give some info about the promos here. Just note that this is a global casino, so you might be able to see a different set of promotions than I can.
I was able to get a welcome package here when I signed up, and this included deposit match bonuses for my first three deposits:
There’s a $20 minimum deposit requirement, and a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus funds, which I think are pretty simple T&Cs.
Although I didn’t find anything like a VegasNova VIP program or loyalty scheme, I did notice that they have a range of recurring promotional features for existing customers, which can include:
I love these recurring bonuses as they can help with your bankroll management and give you a range of different boosts depending on the types of casino games you like to play.
Next in this VegasNova review I tackled gaming. I think this site has a pretty good start in terms of variety, although I would like to see a few more developers and game categories added.
Firstly like I do with every casino I review, I look at WHO provides the games, as this gives me an immediate idea of the quality and variety I can expect. For VegasNova, they feature games from these developers:
I’m experienced with most of these developers, although a few names like Green Tube and Formula Spin I wasn't familiar with. Still, I’m happy that these are all legit producers who have their games independently tested.
For the gaming variety, I think there’s a slight room for improvement, but overall, I had a brilliant time trying out the different games and had plenty of fun. At the time of writing this VegasNova review, they featured the following genres:
You’ve got a solid collection of arcade games which include classics like Mines, Plinko, and HiLo, and I also enjoyed the dedicated Megaways slot collection they offer. This includes all-time greats like Big Bass Bonanza, Legend of Cleopatra, and Book of Panda. I do think there’s room for improvement with the live dealer collection, and they could definitely add some more game shows to give you more variety if you don’t just want to play blackjack or roulette.
I’ve been hammering modern slots recently, so I took a break here and had a great time playing some retro slots from Microgaming. You can find some absolutely legendary games like Immortal Romance, Agent Jane Blonde, Thunderstruck II, and Tomb Raider. Yes, the games look a little dated now, but the gameplay mechanics still hold up really well.
I enjoyed creating my VegasNova review, and I think it’s got all the core features and direction to be a high-quality online casino. The site’s easy to use, there’s responsive customer support, and they accept a great range of fiat payment methods. Not only that, but there is a quality selection of games, although I would like to see the live dealer and live game show sections expanded.
Other than that, and the lack of a downloadable app, there’s nothing really negative to report, and I would definitely recommend it. But that’s just my thoughts - to try it out for yourself, please feel free to use any of the links or banners we’ve got on this page to get signed up at VegasNova today.
Not that I’ve found. There could be one depending on your location, but I was only ever able to use the mobile-responsive browser version of the site on my smartphone.
It is. I checked out its gambling license and everything is in order. It has a license from the Government of Anjouan, license number ALSI-202502018-FI1. You can check out the official licensing information in the website footer of the VegasNova site.
