You can use your Gold Coins to play any of the casino-style games you find via the lobby at Zonko. Gold Coins have no value, so even if you win lots of them during gaming, you won’t be able to redeem them for a real prize. While it’s not immediately obvious, you need to start finding stars to reach new VIP levels. You might get some from the daily bonus, as I did, or by completing some of the missions available on the bonuses page. You need 1,000 stars to hit the Bronze level. The top level to reach is Diamond.
Here’s a look at how many stars you need to reach different levels. You’ll notice there is a big jump once you hit Gold to get to the upper levels of the program. They’ve yet to reveal any perks for different levels, so I guess you’ll need to wait until you get there.

You’ll find plenty of Zonko promo opportunities on their website. Make sure you check the bonuses area along with the promotions section of the menu - I found different things in each area.
It’s a bit longwinded to reach - you need to go into the bonuses area rather than the promotions section to find it. You’ve got 10 icons at the top of the page, with the seventh of those leading to the daily bonus area.
Just click on the date to reveal what’s there for that day. I received 5 stars on day one and 100 GCs on day two. You’ve got a chance to get Sweeps Coins via this bonus as well, but you never know what might appear each day.
I found information about this postal method via the Sweepstakes Rules. You need to get a request code from the site before sending them a postal request following the detailed instructions provided.
