Brighton v Leicester Betting Tips & Predictions

It’s getting to the stage where we’re slightly wary of opposing Leicester City considering they’re enjoying such a fantastic winning run. However, we refuse to believe that the Foxes will continue to triumph on an indefinite basis.

Leicester are sitting second in the Premier League table after a fantastic opening third to the campaign which has seen them rack up 26 points from 12 games. Considering they managed just 52 from 38 last season, it’s a pretty impressive return.
On the flip side, Brendan Rodgers’ side have only won 50% of away matches and will be up against a Brighton side who have only lost one game at the AMEX Stadium and that was against Southampton when the team had been reduced to ten men early in the game.
Indeed, the Seagulls have beaten Tottenham, Everton and Norwich in their previous three home games, scoring eight goals in the process and their attack-minded approach could cause problems for their opponents.
Leandro Trossard is now back in the team and there’s plenty to like about the Belgian’s creative play, while Neal Maupay and Aaron Connolly are proving a real handful for opposition defences.
Leicester come into this match having won eight of their previous nine encounters, with the only defeat being a slender 2-1 reverse at Anfield against table-topping Liverpool.
However, the Foxes were gifted an emphatic win at St Mary’s against a Southampton team who were quickly down to ten men and completely ravaged of confidence, while their game at Crystal Palace was in the balance before Caglar Soyuncu headed the opener.
At some stage, the Leicester winning run will come to an end, especially if the home defence are able to cut off the supply line to Jamie Vardy, the Premier League’s leading scorer.
