While Brendan Rodgers has always insisted on aiming for the moon with Leicester City this season, the reality is that the Foxes landing on a star would be some achievement if it meant a top four finish and a place in next season’s Champions League.

Team news | League Table | Odds

It’s incredible that the Midlands side have an eleven-point gap over fifth-placed Manchester United despite losing at home to Southampton last weekend, with Leicester now looking to get back on the horse when they travel to Turf Moor.

The Foxes have been just as effective on the road compared to the King Power Stadium this term, clocking up seven wins from their eleven matches and they have Jamie Vardy back in the centre forward position and firing on all cylinders.

Rodgers bemoaned the fact that his team’s defending looked far from watertight against the Saints and there’s clearly an issue by virtue of the fact that Wilfred Ndidi is missing from the centre of midfield.

However, there’s so much to like about Leicester going forward and they’ll face a Burnley team who have been sinking like a stone for several weeks, with six teams having left Turf Moor with the spoils this season.

Sean Dyche’s team have lost seven of their previous nine matches and they’ve been turned over at home to Manchester United and Aston Villa recently, while  they were lucky to only lose 3-0 at Chelsea last weekend.

In fairness to Dyche, he doesn’t have a lot of options when it comes to changing things and the absence of Ashley Barnes denies the team of their best attacking player, with Leicester having beaten the same opponents back in October and we’re taking them to win this clash.
